Vitaly did a great job of explaining my systems and educating me on how to get the most efficient use from my HVAC. He is extremely personable and professional. I recently made the switch from one of the larger heating and air companies in the area, and I am very happy with that decision.
Vitaly inspected my HVAC system and did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered all of my questions. He was genuinely friendly and honest, and I never felt rushed or upsold. It's rare to find a technician who's this knowledgeable and this easy to talk to. I'll definitely be calling Vitaly and ARC Heating & Air Conditioning again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
I wish I could give this company more than five stars, so I'm going to take the time to write a proper review about my experience. I had the typical worst case scenario, the AC goes out during one of the hottest days of the summer. I was frantically calling companies, knowing I probably wouldn't get anyone out here for at least a couple of days while entertaining the idea we were going to end up in a hotel. During the busiest time of year, and in the evening no less, these guys answered the phone late in the day, took the time to listen to the issue, then diagnosed what they thought it could be over the phone. They thought it might possibly be an easy fix SO THEY SQUEEZED ME IN while on their way to another call. That is the kind of help and care you'd only expect from people you know. This did turn out to be an easy fix. They still explained their whole diagnostic journey though, made sure I understood what the problem was, no up selling, no unnecessary repairs - total transparency. The repair was completed in less than an hour, my AC was running again, and they saved my children and I from a what would have been a miserable experience. I have been hit hard with some things these last couple of years, I think this would have absolutely broke me. Thank you for going above and beyond for me, for being honest to a totally unknown customer. You were there when I had no one else to help. I just can't express my appreciation enough. Thank you.
One of my HVAC units went out in the middle of a heat wave. Vitaliy came next day at the end of his own day and was able to restart a 19-years old unit. Still working. Could not ask for better service.
