I wish I could give this company more than five stars, so I'm going to take the time to write a proper review about my experience. I had the typical worst case scenario, the AC goes out during one of the hottest days of the summer. I was frantically calling companies, knowing I probably wouldn't get anyone out here for at least a couple of days while entertaining the idea we were going to end up in a hotel. During the busiest time of year, and in the evening no less, these guys answered the phone late in the day, took the time to listen to the issue, then diagnosed what they thought it could be over the phone. They thought it might possibly be an easy fix SO THEY SQUEEZED ME IN while on their way to another call. That is the kind of help and care you'd only expect from people you know. This did turn out to be an easy fix. They still explained their whole diagnostic journey though, made sure I understood what the problem was, no up selling, no unnecessary repairs - total transparency. The repair was completed in less than an hour, my AC was running again, and they saved my children and I from a what would have been a miserable experience. I have been hit hard with some things these last couple of years, I think this would have absolutely broke me. Thank you for going above and beyond for me, for being honest to a totally unknown customer. You were there when I had no one else to help. I just can't express my appreciation enough. Thank you.
The airducts in the crawl space were replaced by Vitaliy. Excellent work, on time, respectful of property, can not ask for better. Very detailed oriented, leaves everything tidy. He also replaced one of the HVAC remote. Highly recommend.
