On time, he was able to quickly diagnose that a new motor was needed. Luckily, there was 1 year left on the warranty, so it was covered! A call was made to the Bryant company, who happily had the correct part. So Vitaliy drove to their store in North Highlands, and although he had a busily scheduled day, was able to come back this afternoon, and complete the job, so that I wouldn’t have a chilly weekend. Vitaliy is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions, his expertise inspired a feeling of confidence that I had called the right person for the job! I am thrilled!
