Vitaliy came out to my house the very next morning and did a thorough job of investigating the issue. The culprit was a blown fuse by the furnace. After he replaced the fuse, he took the time to investigate the rest of the system to see what could have caused the blown fuse. He gave me great explanations of how the system and parts work together and happily helped me understand the answers to all of my questions. He also gave some suggestions to increase efficiency and longevity of my AC unit and also gave some perspective on trends and technology in the field generally so that I could make a well informed decision about how to care for the HVAC unit and my home overall.
